We provide custom-designed programs to serve students coming from a variety of at-risk backgrounds. Many of our participants come from low-income neighborhoods through local community centers, while others get connected to us through organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs, group homes, or even drug or psychiatric rehab programs.
We use outdoor adventures to develop and disciple them as leaders in their families, schools and communities. We do this through a three part-model
Our summer adventure program provides outdoor adventures for over 1,200 students in Greenville and all over South Carolina from over 30 partner organizations at no cost to the students.
The Lead Project is an intensive mentoring and discipleship program for students 9th grade and up. They work towards individualized goals to earn real, paying jobs at GOAT.
As students progress through our programs we are able to provide real responsibility and leadership development through jobs at GOAT and through our partners.
