Our Summer internships are the most fun you can have. They’re crucial to what we do at GOAT. You’ll spend the best 10 weeks of your life getting to know your intern class like family and serving at-risk students through the outdoors. You don’t have to be a pro at the outdoors – the heart of a GOAT summer is building relationships with students while taking them on outdoor adventures to show them Creation and teach them who they were made to be in Christ.
Semester + Year-long Internships
Apart from our summer internships, we also offer semester or year long internships. These internships are focused on working side-by-side with our program director or coffee shop manager. Duties include programming and coordinating our year-round mentor program, The Lead Project, administrative work, and community outreach.
Media internships are offered during the Summer, Fall, and Spring. A media intern is in charge of capturing all the picture & video worthy moments around here (which are often). Media interns are in charge of working on specific semester-long projects, media organization, outdoor trip footage, our mentor program, and managing social media accounts.
Mountain Goat Coffee
If working first-hand in the outdoors with students isn’t your thing, check out our coffee shop that supports at-risk students. You can view job listings here.
